You know you’re a Maakies fan when you can laugh at this while others go …wtf?
There was a pair of comic novels about a “mouse”. Ther referred to, not a mouse, real or toon, but to a small forgotten nation in Europe, which to draw attention to themselves and become noteworthy ,(1) declared war on the USA, and (2) developed a space program to be the first people to get to the moon & back.
