I don’t need a joke. Your humorous illustrations and bottom strip are sufficient for this week. I do think your Spongebob drawing captures what he looks like in real life, without makeup and such. He used to hang out at the Viking Bar in Minneapolis, before he got famous.

I DONT KNOW. Seems like Spongebob is often making strange faces like that. But I guess they were looking for a character design they could use throughout the comic, not just in a frame or two.
Still, I think you captured the essence of Pearl’s character better than the show does.

Here’s the thing: I like it when Spongebob has his little Crumb-like moments. Why not spread the love? I’ve often thought the very bloody nautical Millionaire would be aptly suited for one o’ dem ECUs wot they do. Grumble, mutter, mumble.
I think it’s rich for a crossover. You’d figure at some point some Crow/Monkey/Alligator limbs/organs would eventually sink to Pineapple Bottom. Wait, do severed limbs/organs float?

I think bogus Bob and his pseudopal Patrick should go on a crazed bender where they go to a whorehouse and get crabs and then give them to stick-up-his-ass neighbor Squidword (sp?). Hilarity ensues.
